International Recognition for SLIM35mm, designed by Federico Delrosso

Best of the Year Award 2014
The ultra-narrow plank designed by Federico Delrosso for the company TABU was among the projects shortlisted for the BOY (Best of the Year) Award organized by INTERIOR DESIGN magazine - USA.
 
 
Among the many international projects arriving from the design world, the ultra-narrow floor plank designed by Federico Delrosso was selected as a project of interest for the BOY (Best of the Year) Award, Materials and Surfaces section. The prestigious recognition was awarded during the prize-giving ceremony, which took place in New York on 4th December 2014.

Made Expo 2013 Milan_ Federico Delrosso design the Tabu stand



Federico Delrosso designed the Tabu stand for the 2013 MADE exhibition - Milan, keeping in mind the paramount importance of the performance of slim35mm, an ultra-narrow floor plank, using it for the flooring, the furnishing, the walls and the ceilings.

Federico Delrosso presents at Made expo Milan SLIM35mm, the ultra-narrow floor plank designed for Tabu, leader company in wood veneer production.
SLIM35mm is only 35 mm wide and 1000/1500 mm long in its standard version.

SLIM35mm has been created and designed in keeping with the current trend” explains Federico Delrosso. “Whilst the wood industry has remained settled in the past years with floor planks of large dimensions, I looked at the other end of the spectrum, into designing a product that can offer new solutions in terms of architecture and furnishing.
